Stubby

Stubby is a National Show Horse, he is half Arab and half Standardbred. He is 16 years old, and said to be 17 hands high. He has been ridden in the past. He is quiet, and cooperative, but cannot see. He is very happy just following his pal Bess around, and enjoying being a horse.

In August, 2011 - Stubby received a visit from Linda, his former owner... Without seeing her, and although it had been several years, Stubby not only remembered her, but gladly came to her to give her love and nuzzles... Horses never forget those they love, and those who love them.

     

October 2009 - Stubby's mane gets under control.
