Southern Ingenuity (SI)

SI is a Thoroughbred who came to Horse Feathers recently as an owner surrender. He has a cut on his leg, which is slowly healing. He is extremely thin, but true to his name, is a southern gentleman. We will continue to update his progress here.

August 2008 - SI is now pasture sound, and is available as a companion only horse. Adoption fee is $ 650.

On arrival 3-8-08

3-24-08.... gaining and healing

Continued healing on the leg - it's filling in, and looking better!

On March 31 - in surgery to remove some dead bone, and tendon that was complicating the healing process.....

April 3 - healing nicely.......

June 19 - making good progress
