Tullie

Tullie is a one-year old filly, and we got her in early June 2007. She has chemical burns on 70% of her body, due to her previous owner mixing lime and transmission fluid and applying it all over, thinking that it would cure mange. The owner did not seek any medical help and allowed her to be starved. She was under weight by 300 pounds.
